The Olive is a 100 year old duplex has been thoughtfully renovated with a mid century modern design. The property is minutes from Uptown 23rd District and Paseo District, full of some of the best restaurants, bars and coffee shops in OKC.
The residence has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and the living room has a queen sized sofa bed. **Memory foam mattresses on both beds**
Equipped with brand new appliances, including a washer/dryer and all of the kitchen necessities you could possibly need.

Guests will have access to the entire Airbnb unit. The other duplex unit is a long-term rental with friendly tenants.
A wide shared driveway with the duplex tenants, Airbnb guest parking on the right side, with additional parking available on the street in front of the property.
The wall dividing the two duplexes is a thick concrete wall.
